Subject to weather conditions
Suitable for all age groups and health conditions

Routine exercise starts with about 20 minutes of breathing and warming-up exercises followed by about 30 minutes of Zhanzhuang Qigong and 8 Brocades Qigong exercises. The final 10 minutes will be Meridian Tapping exercise for various meridians each time.
