Master Liu came to our Satruday Park Exercise

On the Saturdays of 26th Apr and 3rd May we had Qigong and Taichi master Liu Quanjun came to give us free lessons. Liu is the disciple of Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang, the 19th generation heir of the Chen Style Taichi.
The first week we had a solid one hour Zhanzhuang Qigong training. On the 2nd week we had a more relaxed one, learned Zhanzhuang and some Taichi movements, also watched master Liu demonstrating the Four Corners Taichi movements which is very good for general wellbeing, especially beneficial for stroke patient's recovery.
We will try to invite Master Liu to come more often to our Saturday events.

Our Annual
Qigong Exercise in the park- Every Saturday
Join us to exercise together in the open air
Most people have heard about TaiChi Quan, but how many of you are familiar with Qigong? In Chinese Qigong means Exercise of Qi. Qi means vital energy. It is filled in our universe and in every living thing. When our Qi is healthy we are healthy. Please check more info about Qigong in our blog.
We are now starting to practice Qigong regularly in the park next to the Places gym, towards the back entrance where our clinic is located.
Every Saturday from 9:30am, subject to weather conditions. Free to drop in, no commitment. Each session includes general warming up, breathing exercise, a few different Qigong exercises, plus Chinese meridian tapping exercise - all great means to improve your health. See blog for more details.
