Chinese Acupuncture Meridian Tapping Exercise

Autumn is approaching. The weather is quickly changing. People are more prone to getting ill in this season. Traditionally, Chinese Medicine believes prevention more important than treatment.


Today, the 7th Sept 2024, Erica started the Meridian Tapping Exercise in her Saturday Morning Park Exercise. This week we started with the Lung meridian. Its related organ is the Lung, which is like the front gate against the invasion of adverse weather and viruses. People attended were mostly Erica's Patients who already experienced the amazing effect of the meridians and acupoints, also some other passionate members of the Park Exercise who like to keep healthy naturally.


If the weather permits, we aim to complete 12 meridians in 12 weeks, which form the whole circuit of the Qi flow in the body. By tapping each and/or all the meridians in order, we are unblocking and strengthening these meridians, assisting the smooth flow of the Qi, helping their related organs to better fulfill their functions, hence prevent any imbalances from occurring in the system, at the same time reduce existing symptoms.


It is everyone’s chance to learn all the routes of acupuncture meridians on the body, and their general functions, also take in your own hands to regulate energy in your own body and improve your health - all in the most natural way.
